Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EightK Research, operated by 3 Amigos Holdings LLC (“EightK”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using authenticated EightK features, you agree to these Terms.
Research service; no investment advice
EightK is a research and productivity tool. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, accounting firm, or rating agency. EightK does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are responsible for independently verifying source materials and making your own decisions.
Data and AI outputs
EightK organizes public filings and may use automated extraction, classification, retrieval, and generative models. Source data, parsed tables, calculations, citations, transcripts, and AI-generated outputs may contain omissions or errors. SEC source documents remain authoritative. Do not rely on EightK as your sole source for a time-sensitive filing, compliance obligation, or investment decision.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not abuse the service, bypass usage limits, interfere with infrastructure, scrape or redistribute EightK in a manner that substitutes for the service, use the service unlawfully, or attempt to access another user’s private data.
Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the price and interval shown at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable interval. Trial eligibility is limited and may be offered only once. You can manage payment methods and cancellation from Billing. Deleting your EightK account also cancels active personal subscriptions before the account is removed.
Paid credits and add-ons
Included usage resets according to the applicable billing cycle. Purchased AI credit packs expire 12 months after purchase unless a different period is stated at checkout. Add-ons are billed in addition to the base subscription and may be prorated when activated mid-cycle.
Intellectual property
EightK’s software, interface, branding, original analytics, and product design are owned by 3 Amigos Holdings LLC or its licensors. Public-company filings and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. These Terms do not grant rights to third-party trademarks displayed for identification or attribution.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, supported models, limits, or integrations. We may also suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EightK is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 Amigos Holdings LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of EightK.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved by the parties will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York.
